Refurbishing a commercial space without shutting down

Commercial decorating is largely a logistical problem. The painting itself is straightforward — the trick is doing it without disrupting trade.

We start with a phased plan. Floors or zones are decorated in rotation, with each zone fully complete and back in service before we move to the next.

Night working is standard. We arrive at 7pm, work until 5am, leave the space cleaned, ventilated and ready for opening. Fast-dry low-VOC paints mean no lingering smell.

Risk assessments and method statements are issued in advance. Public liability cover is £10m. All operatives are CSCS-carded and DBS-checked where the environment requires it.
